It is generally best if you give me a call to explain your boiler issue, but you can email or send a text message if you prefer. I will ask you a series of questions regarding your boiler, its age and your issue, so that I can make an assessment of how I can help you best with your query.
Boiler assessment
I will attend your property at a mutually convenient time and day to make a thorough assessment of your boiler so I can determine exactly what it needs to get it up and running again. Making a thorough assessment of your boiler and heating system enables me to determine exactly what parts are needed, and how much time it will take to repair your boiler, so that I can provide you with a total cost or close estimate for the repair.
Boiler repair
Once you are happy for me to go ahead and repair your boiler I will get to work. Because I carry so many boiler spares most of the time I will generally have your broken Vaillant boiler up and running with just one visit or on the same day. For peace of mind I offer a 12 month guarantee on any parts fitted to your Vaillant boiler or central heating system.
